Integration to Other Applications via Zapier
All integration to 3rd party applications uses the Zapier Integration platform. This offers a safe and stable platform to transport data between applications. The instructions below provide an introduction to using the Zapier Integration provided for QuoteCloud.
If you require assistance activating this integration suite, please email the QuoteCloud Help Centre at [email protected]
What is Zapier?
Zapier is an online automation tool that connects your favourite apps, such as Gmail, Slack, Mailchimp, and more. You can connect two or more apps to automate repetitive tasks without coding or relying on developers to build the integration. It's easy enough that anyone can build their own app workflows with just a few clicks.
For example, maybe you get many email attachments in your Gmail account, and you want to save them to Dropbox. Every time you get an attachment, you could open up the email, click the attachment, and save it to Dropbox. Or you can have Zapier automate this for you, saving you time and effort.
- Zapier is the glue that connects thousands of web apps.
- Zaps are workflows that connect your apps so that they can work together.
- Zaps start with a trigger—an event in one of your apps that kicks off your workflow.
- Zaps automate tasks in the background so that you can focus on more important work.
