Uploading your Company Logo

QuoteCloud is designed to automate as much layout & presentation of sales quotes as possible. When you first start with QuoteCloud, your default setup may need some slight adjustment for it to fit your organisation style perfectly.  The default controls for the look & feel of blank sales quotes (ie those not created from a sales quote template) are in the Default Style Settings controller.

To access the Edit Styles feature, go to the Sales Quote Dashboard, click on the Configuration menu, and select Settings, next select Default Style Settings.

You will see a popup window (as shown below).

Your company logo is an important part of your sales quote branding and appears in your email message content when sending sales quotes to customers.

To upload your logo, click on the Logo tab. Now click on the Browse button, select your logo file from your local drives (jpeg, gif, or png format).

Click Save, and QuoteCloud will process your logo.
