Changing Price Table Data Labels

Changing your price table column, totals & custom product data labels (if any are set up and used) may be required to localise your terminology or use a different spoken language in your sales quotes. Price Tables can be customised at a template level and per sales quote.

Click on the Pricing Section tab to bring up the preset labels used in price tables.

Select and retype your new label in the respective white field to the right of the screen. Continue this process for as many label fields as required and click Save.

Changing Price Table Data Labels in a Sales Quote and Template

If you have the need to adjust the data labels for price tables in specific sales quotes, but not at a company-wide level, the process below can be followed in both the template setup and individual sales quotes within the Sales Quote Editor.

To bring up the price table setting options, select ... More in the right-hand panel, and click on Pricing Style Settings.

As shown below, on this screen you are able to edit the labels for the price table columns by clicking on the pen icon for the relevant column heading you wish to change.

To change the data labels for the totals, click on the Totals tab and double-click and edit the label.

You are also able to simply double-click on the data label you wish to change in the sales quote directly, it will then be highlighted in blue and you will be able to type in your preferred text. Once done, click anywhere on your screen to exit edit mode for that label.

You are also able to change the style settings of the price table headings here by clicking on the paintbrush icon that appears when hovering over the heading section.

Style items you're able to customise in this area are:

  • Background Colour
  • Font, Text Colour & Size
  • Border Colour & Spacing
