What is a Sales Team for?

The "sales team" concept in QuoteCloud will allow you to group users into logical teams. This can mimic your corporate structure, e.g. group users by sales departments or into logical groups that sell particular products/services.  

Sales Teams can also implement a multi-company setup rather than create separate QuoteCloud accounts for each company.  For example, a franchise setup where each franchisee is a separate company and must not be able to see the sales quotes belonging to another franchisee, and perhaps may even have different content in their content libraries & product catalogue.  There are advantages in system management using sales teams rather than separate QuoteCloud accounts, particularly saving time managing configuration and setup of content libraries.
